About
Nearly a decade leading change in schools.
I have spent nearly a decade leading change across Florida's public and private schools, serving as a principal, assistant principal, dean, teacher, and instructional designer. My work has improved learning outcomes, strengthened organizational culture, and produced systems designed to deliver lasting results.
My approach integrates psychological science — particularly cognitive and behavioral principles — with Socratic inquiry and evidence-informed strategy. I help schools and organizations challenge assumptions, identify root causes, navigate cultural change, and turn complex problems into practical solutions.
My doctoral research examines teachers' experiences with AI-driven personalized learning, informing my human-centered approach to emerging technology and organizational change. I also serve as an at-large board member of the Volusia County Children and Families Advisory Board, where I assess community needs and make funding recommendations for programs that strengthen children, families, and communities.
