About
I have spent a decade leading change across Florida's public and private schools—as a principal, assistant principal, dean, teacher, and instructional designer. This combination of executive leadership, classroom experience, and learning design grounds my work in the realities of institutional improvement.
My approach combines cognitive and behavioral science with Socratic inquiry and evidence-informed strategy. I help organizations question assumptions, identify root causes, navigate change, and turn complex problems into practical action.
My doctoral research on teachers' experiences with AI-driven personalized learning informs both my human-centered approach to emerging technology and my contribution to teaching and research. As an at-large member of the Volusia County Children and Families Advisory Board, I also assess community needs and recommend public funding for programs that strengthen children and families.
